However, what was intended to be a joyous celebration swiftly descended into disarray, prompting the captain to order a comprehensive investigation.
As Chief Minister Dhami’s motorcade entered Dehradun, an exuberant and sizable crowd seemingly materialized out of nowhere. The spontaneous surge of people caught authorities off guard, and the ensuing commotion posed a significant challenge for the deployed police force tasked with maintaining order.
The Chief Minister’s return from his London sojourn marked a momentous occasion, leading to the planning of an event aimed at extending a warm welcome in the state capital. Nevertheless, this gathering took an unexpected turn, brimming with intensity and fervor.
Amidst the tumult, ministers and other public representatives seized the opportunity to convey their appreciation to Chief Minister Dhami. They lauded his endeavors in London and Birmingham, where he had fervently championed investment in Uttarakhand. Through a series of road shows and meetings, proposals amounting to over Rs 12,050 crore were secured, marking a significant milestone for the state’s economic future.
Upon his arrival in Uttarakhand from the United Kingdom, Chief Minister Dhami received a hearty reception. Cabinet Ministers, including Satpal Maharaj, Premchand Aggarwal, Ganesh Joshi, Subodh Uniyal, and Rekha Arya, joined hands with BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt, MLAs, and party officials to extend a warm and enthusiastic welcome to their leader.
