Earlier, on August 25, the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) conducted a rescue operation to save an injured individual who had become trapped on the Badrinath highway due to falling debris in the Chamoli district. The SDRF received information from Kotwali in Joshimath regarding the injured person’s precarious situation near the Pagalnala area of Chamoli district.
Responding promptly, an SDRF team reached the location and executed a challenging rescue mission, working under the cover of a pitch-dark night. Eventually, the injured individual was successfully rescued and promptly transported to a hospital for essential medical treatment. (ANI)
