The official notification concerning these retirements has been disseminated through the High Court’s official website. The judges subjected to retirement in light of these concerns include Rajendra Joshi, who held the position of Presiding Officer at the Labor Court in Haridwar, Shamsher Ali, serving as the Presiding Officer at the Labor Court in Kashipur, and Shesh Chandra, who served as the Fourth Additional District and Sessions Judge in Dehradun.
