Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd (LTHL), a well-established name in the hospitality sector, is gearing up to extend its influence through a recent licensing agreement for an 80-room property in the enchanting city of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This exciting development was officially unveiled on Friday, September 1.
The latest addition to the Lemon Tree Hotels portfolio will fall under the umbrella of their upscale brand, “Lemon Tree Premier.” The property is poised to kickstart its operations in the third quarter of the FY 2025. This forthcoming hotel in Dehradun aspires to provide its guests with a sumptuous and opulent experience, offering a total of 80 meticulously designed rooms.

Additionally, the property will boast two distinctive restaurants, a lively bar, a capacious banquet hall, a tranquil swimming pool, a fully-equipped meeting room, and a variety of other inviting communal spaces thoughtfully crafted to cater to the diverse needs of both corporate and leisure travelers.
The overall management and operation of this exciting venture will be under the capable stewardship of Carnation Hotels Private Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary that serves as the hotel management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.
This recent collaboration with Manohar Lal Juyal Huf in Dehradun represents a valuable addition to Lemon Tree Hotels’ existing portfolio. The company already operates eight functional hotels and has five upcoming properties in Uttarakhand.
Lemon Tree Hotels embarked on its journey in the hospitality industry with its inaugural hotel, featuring 49 rooms, which opened its doors in May 2004. At present, the company manages an impressive 8,600 rooms distributed across 92 hotels located in 58 diverse destinations. With the inclusion of the current pipeline, LTHL is poised to oversee a remarkable 12,650 rooms across 143 hotels, spanning 90 unique destinations.
