To avail of this service, all they need to do is download the Ayushman app from the Google Play Store and log in as beneficiaries.

This progressive initiative was spearheaded by Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat during discussions with the Union Health Minister on a recent Saturday. Subsequently, a team from the National Health Authority (NHA) was deployed to the state to update the necessary software.
With the software upgrade completed, the system is already operational in many locations, and it is expected to be fully functional in the remaining areas within the next day or two. Officials have emphasized that while the previous Ayushman card generation relied on BIS One software, it has now been elevated to BIS Three, significantly enhancing its capabilities.
A standout feature of this upgraded system is its inclusivity. In addition to being accessible through Community Health Centers (CHCs) and hospitals, it empowers the general public to independently generate their Ayushman cards using the Ayushman Bharat mobile app. This development holds significant importance as the scheme mandates the creation of cards for all eligible individuals above the age of five.
